My boyfriend and I enjoy setting travel goals. Every summer vacation, we compile a list of places we want to visit and experience the culture of, especially in Bicol’s tourism destinations. We still don’t have enough money to export to other nations, so we’ll start with our own region in Bicol. First destination that I’ve visited together with my boyfriend is the Mayon Black Lava trade in Sto. Domingo Albay. Wherein you can really see the beauty of Mayon Volcano.

In the celeste blue afternoon sky, I could see the dark blue Mayon Volcano, carved with juniper and sage green flora. Its perfectly symmetrical pyramid pointed tip enters the afternoon sky. My senses were overwhelmed when I saw it up close. It gave me the shivers to see a massive chunk of midnight blue carved with green emerging like a perfectly sculpted jaw out of the dirt right in front of my face. It was amazing and terrifying at the same time. Before you can appreciate the magnificence of the Mayon Volcano, you must first maintain your knees because there are numerous sharp trails to climb and you must be cautious when walking. One of the most enjoyable experiences I had is taking pictures with the incredibly beautiful Mayon, which you will believe its right next to you because it is that too close, and enough to see how beautiful the Mayon Volcano is.

That day I was so tired but so happy that I couldn’t fall asleep and ended up staying up all night. I had been waiting an eternity since I was so desperate to see the beautiful sight of Mayon Volcano. Actually, This exercise is ideal for people who enjoy pushing themselves to get as near to the famous lava wall as possible. It’s a fantastic spot for travelers to utilize a selfie stick and make a memory to post on Facebook or Instagram. As a result, we did not pass up the opportunity to photograph the stunning scenery that can be found in Lava Mayon.

Even though we were drenched in perspiration, we had a lot of memories from our trip there. We have bruises and cuts from walking on enormous rocks, which you must tread carefully on. But it was all worth it, despite the exhaustion. We are grateful to have journeyed as a couple to Albay in the Bicol region. Experiencing nature’s majesty in an adventure destination in the Philippines, as well as being exposed to a melting pot of Bicolano culture, was both entertaining and educational.
